About us

The Property Accountant is the sister site of The Online Accountant. Rhys Jones, a chartered tax advisor, wanted to establish a property related firm of accountants and tax advisors. Rhys has been advising real estate businesses for over a decade. His expert tax knowledge covers income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, VAT, corporation tax and SDLT. What this means is that we can advise on all tax related areas and most importantly how to structure your business in the most tax efficient manner.

We are an online business, meaning that we use the latest technology to make us as streamlined and as efficient as possible. We give guidance on what accounting software to use, have a client portal to share documents securely and we have some great advice to offer our clients on how to become more efficient.
